This form is to allow parents, relatives and family friends of a baby that has died due to miscarriage, stillbirth, neonatal or infant death to upload remembrance messages to our website as a way to honor these babies and raise awareness of the impact they’ve had on their families despite their lives being too short.
The messages will be published on our homepage (in carousel format) and on a dedicated page in gallery format throughout International Baby Loss Awareness Day, which concludes on Sunday, October 15th.
The messages can be whatever you wish, whatever feels appropriate to each individual (up to a maximum of 120 characters).
The form for uploading remembrance messages opens every year from the 1st to the 31st of October.
